GTR is pleased to announce that it is the winner of the EIB Advisory Award at the 2026 TechEU Equity Summit, hosted by the European Investment Bank
The Award is in recognition of the work done, in conjunction with European Investment Bank Advisory, to advance deep geothermal projects in Europe deploying Electrical Reservoir Stimulation (ERS) technology to generate electricity.
In 2026, GTR received Project Development Assistance from the European Investment Bank to assess the technical and regulatory merits in deploying Eden GeoPower's Electrical Reservoir Stimulation technology in Europe (the "EIB Advisory Report").
The EIB Advisory Report gave GTR enough confidence to submit an EU Innovation Grant application in April 2026.
GTR's goal is to deploy environmentally friendly technologies to create reservoirs that will allow sufficient flow of geothermal fluids to generate green electricity.
