Anthony Hawkins LL.B.

Anthony has over 25 years of experience in the natural resources sector, having served as an Executive Chairman or CEO to three London Stock Exchange AIM-listed oil & gas companies. Prior to that, he worked as a General Counsel/Head of Commercial for various energy companies, with a mix of work at large multinationals and smaller independent companies. During his career he has led and advised on a wide variety of complex deals and negotiations with IOCs, large and small independents and regulators across Africa, Europe, South America and the Middle East.
Anthony holds a B.A. from the University of Western Australia and a Law degree from Murdoch University in Perth, Australia. He is a member of the AIPN and previously sat on the legal committee of Oil & Gas UK.
Anthony is a Co-Founder and Director of ZeroGeo Energy GmbH.
John Ashbridge M.SC.

John has over 35 years’ international experience, most recently as a senior executive leader and Board member in the public and private energy sector. He has a strong track record in delivering successful commercial and technical outcomes in a diverse set of majors, independent energy operators, and start-up energy technology companies. Instrumental in creating four public and eleven private energy companies on four continents.
John is a Co-Founder and Director of ZeroGeo Energy GmbH. He holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Geophysics with Geology, and an M.Sc. in Petroleum Geology.
Dr. Carl Jörg Petersen Ph.D.

Jörg has over 20 years energy & technology industry experience in Europe & Africa. Former R&D, Digitalization & Technology Lead for Wintershall Dea AG, he has experience of leading partnerships and securing investments for large-scale energy projects. With proven success in combining technical expertise with strategic leadership to advance innovative energy solutions, Jörg is a Certified Data Scientist Specialized in Deep Learning and Generative AI.
Gabriele Schallegger

Gabriele started her career in tax and audit and has over 25 years of international experience leading finance organizations as senior executive leader. Her track record spans across multiple industries including Pharma, FMCG, and Pulp & Paper, ranging from Cleantech startups to large publicly listed companies. She previously served as CFO and change architect for a German large battery storage startup, where she was instrumental in transitioning it to its next phase of operational development. Gabriele has a proven history of delivering profitable growth and leading large-scale investments and integration projects. In addition, she serves as a non-executive director on boards of public and private companies.
Gabriele holds a master’s degree in business management from the University of Graz, Austria and a Global Executive MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Carlson School of Management, USA.
